Cataract Gorge, Launceston’s Natural Gem
With beautiful walking trails, dramatic cliffs, peaceful riverside scenery and plenty of opportunities to spot local wildlife, its an easy addition to your Launceston itinerary.
Agfest – Tasmania’s favourite Agricultural festival
A short drive from Launceston, Agfest is one of Tasmania’s biggest agricultural events. Enjoy local produce, food, entertainment, farming, crafts and a wonderful taste of country life.
Launceston By Foot
From historic streets and beautiful parks to cafe’s, restaurant’s, galleries and local shops, many of Launceston’s highlights are within easy walking distance from Apartment 30.
Utas Stadium – Sports & Events in Launceston
University of Tasmania Stadium is Launceston’s major sporting and events venue, hosting AFL football and major entertainment events.
City Park – A Launceston Icon
Established in 1807 and handed to the Launceston City council in 1863 to create what was known as “The Peoples Park” it is a much loved community space hosting Festivale every February along with music in the park during the summer months.
